Menifee’s Hayley Stayner has just released her new EP, “Somebody Has to Say It,” which infuses more pop friendliness into her work.
The 20-year-old has played throughout the Inland area, including the Wagon Wheel Country Music Festival a few years back, and has a few shows on the horizon.
